Era of Silence is built on a roll-low dice pool system called Thorne, designed to allow different characters to excel at the same task in different situations. Mixed with an interlocking Trait system, the game heavily emphasizes teamwork in a traditional RPG format. A streamlined character creation process offers over 15,000+ possible character combinations but can be chosen from in a single sitting. Play a thief with a penchant for machines, a mage with a military background, a combat alchemist, and more! Then grab gear that utilizes a Template + Mod system. With just a few choices, a standard weapon turns into a trademark with its own twists and effects. The core of the game is focused on combat. A Stamina focused action mechanic and a State system allow for tactical freedom in a way that's intuitive for both the Narrator and Protagonist Characters. An HPless damage mechanic creates an intense atmosphere where every shot feels lethal and keeps combats short. The world of Vian is a chemipunk future fantasy setting written by R. Hey all!
Just letting you know we've begun the "Smoke Test" of the rewards surveys. This sends it out to approximately 5% of our backers to make sure there are no issues. If you didn't get one of these, don't worry! You'll get yours in a day or two when we do the full survey release.
If you did get the survey test:
Please let us know if you see any issue that makes it unclear or impossible to get your rewards. I've already run tests of each backer level. The big thing we're unsure on is making sure that the miniatures construct correctly, as it's by far the most complex reward.
We'll keep the surveys open until the end of February, I'll follow up with another update when they should be in each of your inboxes.

Hello Backers!
This message is to let you know that the surveys are live. We extended the time you have to answer them but the sooner you answer, the sooner will get things like your role on our Discord Server. We're so excited to take this next step on fulfillment.
To get started just click on the link sent to your email. The survey will run you through the choices needed to fulfill your rewards. You will also be prompted to select some add-ons from the store. You do not need to select any of these, they are just for your convenience should you want to get an extra copy or a module, etc. NOTE: You do not need to pay anything additionally. If you have an outstanding charge but *did not* purchase any add-ons, contact support or us. Your credit should cover your whole pledge.
We're hard at work finishing the final draft of the text. Once I (Robin) hand that over to Dan he'll begin the process of laying it all out on page. Moss has the art list and is moving forward (pic below). Willa is working on our Twitter and Tik Tok. We have a few projects this year but Era of Silence is our top priority.
Those interested in spreading the word might be interested in sharing the link to our pre-order store! This is identical to the add-ons you just grabbed so feel free to come back to it if you reconsider something you don't get today!
